My daughter has an appointment on the 21st or the 23rd of January 2013 for Immigrant visa, the affidavit of support sponsor needs to show his income tax filling for what year, 2009/2010/2011? The income tax filing for year 2012 has not be done yet and I believe it is not required. Please provide me with accurate information, thanks

I am an Americancitizen . I live in Yemen . The Passports of my Children will expire soon and we can not get appointments her in Yemen . Is possible to travel to Amman and try to get appointments in US Embassy to renew the passports . Please Advise me soon .
