i want to study Genetics in USA ,but AS WE all know its very hard to get scholarship or visa.We born to do something important to this world , and i can do that,so lets help eachother and make this world better.
Midtown university give a chance for 75% scholarship and they ask me the application fee for the remaining 25% payment. And the are asking me to pay the remaining payment so how much you know about the legality?

First off greetings and best wishes be on to the US Ambassador and Consul for it is meant to bridge the gap between us the American people. To make a long history short I am a DV winner of 2012 and my interview appointment is in Nairobi Kenya. Hence since it is too serious for me to go to Kenya without passport could I change my interview to Addis Ababa Ethiopia. I am from Asmara Eritrea.
