U.S. Nonimmigrant Visa application.
i just file Non-immigrant Visa application, for my mother. but she got denied 3 tears ago, and again today. can i get explanation why she got denied?
since I am US Citizen, I have a right to apply for Permanent Resident Card, but because of a family we have in Ethiopia, I need her to be with me from 3 to 5 months.
can I get the respond for her denial?
