My name is Asaye Liknaw Wubie. I have the bachelor degree of chemistry from Bahir Dar University and MA in management of vocational education from Addis Ababa University and I want some kinds of helping to update my mind, to be skillful and intelligence to support Ethiopian/African society. I believe, I have excellent potential concerning with any subject of matter and I have very good research doing ability with the witness of Addis Ababa University also my research is published in a Google. But there is big problem to develop my capacity that could be focused on the issue of finance so please help me to proceed my PhD, I will accept with my pleasure.

I have received a message text from PEPSI INTERNATIONL Mobile lottery Ward which says you have won 850,USD in 2018 Pepsi Aniversary Draw and I have given all the information rrquired.By now I have winning certeficate and asked me to send my ID card and affidavit of claims authorization ceryificate which costs 27500 birr.My is there such organization In US which is officially recognized if yes help me pay the sum for I cant pay the required amount
