WELL WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A CONSULATE OF URUGUAY TO UGANDA OR KENYA WE DONT HAVE ANY NEARBY CONSULATE OF YOUR BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY,ALOT OF PEOPLE WOULD LIKE TO VISIT YOUR COUNTRY BUT GETTING A VISA TO YOUR COUNTRY WE HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALOT OF DIFFERENT COUNTRIES AND A COUNTRY LIKE SOUTHAFRICA WHICH HAS A CONSULATE WITH IS IN PRETORIA YOU HAVE TO FIRST GET A VISA TO TO SOUTHAFRCA TO GET TO YOU EMBASSY WHICH IS SO HARD FOR US,,,WE HAVE FRIENDS IN YOUR COUNTRY THAT IS THE PROBLEM WE ARE FACING,,,PLEASE DO SOMETHING FOR US,,LUKWAGO.DENNIS18@GMAIL.COM
