Comments on this Embassy
Thank you for electing the greatest person of our time to be your Prime Minister. Because of her we are free today - If only we had a leader like her in the United States.
My mother's family came from southern England in 1620 on the Mayflower. My father's family came from Glasgow in 1850. I owe my very existence to the United Kingdom and have an immense respect for British history.
While Baroness Thatcher's accomplishments are now legendary. I was particularly moved by her arduous journey to pay respect upon President Reagan's death, first in Washington and then in California, while she was in a fragile state of health, as a final act of friendship to an old ally and soul mate. An alliance perhaps on par with Churchill & Roosevelt.
In my humble opinion she represents some of the finest qualities of the UK and will be sorely missed. One of the finest trees in the forest has fallen...God Bless her, her children and the United Kingdom.
I contacted the embassy last November about a visit to the White house, and was told to try again in April 2013 We are a family of seven, 5 adults and 2 children aged 15& 12. It would be great if you could arrange it for us. Our dates are from 24th July to 28th July. My email address is malcolmhodgson1@sky.com

I am writing to appeal to the romantic side of a citizen of the United Kingdom. My niece choose to be marred in your mystical land. Sent the bride and groom's passports for a wedding visa. It is soon time to leave and she has no visa and what is worse no passport. She would now settle for the return of the passport and have the cermoney in Scotland and make it leagle upon her return. Whom should she contact?
My Wife us British and want to know if she can get a British passport for our grandson. He is so British looking, if you saw him you would grant him a British passport.
Your site is well organized and I like it.
My wife and I are visiting Washington on 21st November and would like to visit the white house.
Can you arrange this for us
I have an urgent need to send my passport renewal papers to the British Embassy in Washington. The Canadian Post Office require that a registered package contains not only the address but also the phone number. The notes on how to apply obtained from the website does not include the phone number. To confuse things further the address of the office dealing with such enquiries as shown on the website differs from that shown on the information provided entitled "How to apply from Canada. Please help soon.
