Dear Sirs
I was in Venice for many weeks back in about 1973 and the British Consul was kind enough to help out my husband who was Captain of a ship which had been virtually abandoned by its owners. I would love to visit the Consulate again when I am in Venice in September this year. Is this possible? Is the address on this website correct?

I am British and, for many years, am registered with the Consulate in Venice. Today I wish to speak with the Consulate and much to my consternation a recorded message says the number publicised on this website does not exist!! So what is the REAL phone number? Your early response would be appreciated. Thank you
Can anyone tell me where the embassy or consulate would have been located in the 1790s and who the consul or ambassador might have been?

My daughter is in Venice on her own. Her friend was with her but had to fly back unexpectedly.
Is there anywhere she could contact - an English club or somewhere she could go to to meet english people.
