i recieved a job offer from Maroch Hospital in Scotland as a General Surgery Registrar, without any exams or interview. They are saying that i have to send a fee of around 950 pounds to a consultant to issue a scottish employee accredetation certificate. how can i know if this is a true offer or fake one. my email dr_bassem@hotmail.com thank you
