lost birth certificate/ obtain British Citizenship
Dear Sir/Madame,
I was born in Leeds, England.( St Mary's Hospital-west Leeds)
Both my parents have passed away. I have no birth certificate from England.( lost) I would like to receive a new copy of same. What information do you require to process this card and official certificate.

Secondly, I understand that I automatically became a British Subject being born in England but I have no Certificate as proof of this. I would like to obtain this. Please instruct me as to how this can be obtained. If you would email the forms necessary to obtain this or direct me to the proper office for each.
I would like to return to England for a visit and would like to have all the proper documents in the event I decide to return to live there.

I need both documents
1) birth certificate from England
2) Citizenship document from England

Obtaining an Emergency Travel Document
I agree with the comments from Duncan above. The website and phone system of the British Consulate in Toronto says I must make an appointment to gain an Emergency Travel Document, however, there appears to be no way of making the appointment, or even speaking to a human being there. I will just have to show up in person. If you are an honest British Citizen overseas and need some help, it appears that you are out of luck...

TESCO BANK & LANCEY LOANS INCORPORATED
The bank and the loan company had both issued letter of guarantee to my sister in Florida, USA to cover levy payment of US$1,500.00 (March 2013) and closing fee of US$2,525.40 (Jan 2013). The money comes from my fund in Singapore to assist my sister. However up to this date my sister did not received the loan and requested refund for all the fees PAID to TESCO BANK and Lancey Loan amounting to US$34,000.00
