I thought I was the only sufferer and there had to be some excetional reason why none of yur 3 phone numbers was answered - no recordeed message explained what was happening or allowed one to leave a message.
I have a very simple question to ask - ne which should take not more than 60 seconds to give an answer to.
I see that I am not alone - which makes the matter even more astonishing and irritating.
My phone number is 09-9562864. If anybody in the Embassy is still alive, I would appreciate a call.
I am still trying to get an answer from the consulate in Tel Aviv and guess what - they are not answering their phones.
This is not the usual British service.
I need information regarding TIER1 visa, when you call they tell you go to the site. There is not enough information in the site. I sent Email , they sen automatic emal which says go to the site !!!! a loop. no answer not by phone not by emnail. so bad . no service at all ,, frustrating and annoying

I applied for a passport (to France)approximately 4 weeks ago. I desperately need a faxed copy of my new passport or at least my new passport number by latest Monday 15th July. How can I get it? The Phone service could not help me with this. Thank you in advance.
As an 85 year old I forwarded by registerd.Air Mail on 29th April, my old passport and application for a free new one to Paris.
On Tue 18th June I phoned the International call number (at charge) to enquire why the delay. After being held on Hold for over 15 min I was then finaly talked too for another 15 mins tolr @for no known reason@ and I would be called back within 72 hours!!!!
No call back and no passport even though 8 weeks have passed. and no doubt I also have a heavy phone plus charge fee to pay. Seems like a scam
