Compensation claims for poor service delivery
If you, like me, are seeking compensation from HMPO for the shocking way we have been treated with the passport fiasco earlier this year, and have exhausted the online complaints system to no avail, have received pathetic replies and treated as a fool, please email me at loriboyd@gmail.com. I am organising a class action suit. You will have to be able to prove your case and that you were financially burdened.

Letter of no objection to become South African citizen
To date I have had no response – Kindly advise how one gets a letter from the British Consulate stating no objection to me becoming a South African citizen. I have lived in South Africa for the last 33 years. I have started an application process to become naturalised – and the Department of Home Affairs has requested a letter from the British Embassy (as I have a British Passport) stating that you have no objection to me becoming a South African citizen.

Visitor visa application
Is it possible to speak to a specific Home office official re a particular application that was refused entry clearance? I am a UK national and resident and only able to reach an automated service that does not allow me to speak to anybody in person. Even if ane-mail contact would be available.
Urgent contact is appreciated.
