i reside in Nairobi Kenya and i had sent my passport no 740212516 by DHL Courier on 16/9/2011 and was received in your offices on the 19/9/2011 for issuance of new passport.Today i went to find out if the passport has been brought to your Nairobi embassy but was informed that they haven't yet received it. from sending application forms for my two boys and receiving the passsportS back from UK - all within 3 weeks. Also Gary in Pretoria is so polite and helpful. Was dreading trying to get through to someone and trying to get an answer and he could not have been more polite. Very impressed. 10 out of 10 all round service.!
I've applied for my child and sent recently all documents (British High Commission / Pretoria) related to a first new British passport since last 2nd August 2011.
