5 days uk, visiting a friend
Hello

I am Masood and i am living in Norway with my Danish wife. I have a Valid Norwegian Resident permit. do i need to apply for Uk visa? and if i have to apply for visa how are where can i Apply as i am in Stavanger, Norway. we don't have british embassy here.

Do I need visa if i just transit in Heathrow to fly further to Vietnam
Hello, I have Vietnamese passport, but I live in Norway and have one year resident permit in Norway.

I will travel to Vietnam in summer 2015, have booked the fly from Norway (Stavanger) to HochiMinh city (Vietnam).

The fly will fly from Stavanger - London (Heathrow)

then transit/change the fly from London (Heathrow) - Vietnam (HochiMinh city)

Question:
Do I need visa if I just transit in Heathrow (London) for can fly further to Vietnam ?
