We have a situation with our grandaughter living in Cyprus, with a Cyprus man, they are not married. She has two young children, one fathered by this man, but born in U.K.
Unfortunatly, she has changed this childs name to his.
If she wanted to leave Cyprus with the children, due to a very bad situation with him, could he legally do so?

i'm Pakistani and i m married with a romanian girl and i have visa (YELLOW SLIP) from cyprus.we want to vist to uk what requrments have to get uk visa..?
I have gone through the process of applying to get married to a Slovakian lady we went to pay our €190 today now they say we have to start all over again why.all other aspects have been delt with.
my husband died and will be took back to uk but my 5 month old daughter doesn't have a passport we need a document how do we get this ? will I have to pick it up myself or can I send someone else
