Just think he is giving job anyone or any person who doesn't know him also he can not house keeping job more than 10 to 20 person .I have also received a message by him that u select for a job In our hotel for house keeping
So don't trust anyone without full of checking.
it is genuine or not how can react they are asking 25,800/- rs for visa processing for 5 years employment visa

However, according to your Resume, your work experiences are quite exciting. And now your eligibility to work in our Ogilvie Construction Company has been confirmed in the office by the Company's Management. So you are expected to get all your traveling documents ready with you through the assistance of the instructed UK Immigration Attaché who is working with UK High Commission in India. You can bring your family along but not more than 5 members will be allowed.
Note: That the entire traveling documents and formalities required by you should be obtained from the UK High Commission in India, according to the UK Immigration Service. Your file will be opened through the office of the UK Attaché in the UK Embassy on your behalf to fasten up your Visa process as soon as you meet the Embassy demand by registering with them.

It was clearly stated to me that the screening process for getting a UK Visa/work permit at the moment is very hard for a lot of Asian and Non- citizens based on the fact that many would not want to come back when their visa or work permit get expired, so for these facts, a lot of documents will be required from you as prove that you will return back on due time, and the process will take over 4 week for the visa/work permit to be ready.
