Attenzione e leggetevi tutti i commenti che su internet possono essere in questo caso utilissimi per evitare perdite di tempo, illusioni, e soprattutto truffe dove invece che un lavoro vi potreste trovare a dover pagare cifre assurde a gentaglia che vive di espedienti.

This is to officially confirm the receipt of your signed Employment Agreement. The entire board members and management heartily congratulate you on the success of your job application. We do hope that you will put in your best to ensure the steady growth of this company.

However, employees who are Non-Citizen and Non-Resident in the United Kingdom are required to proceed with the application, processing and procurement of all required legal immigration documents. This is in accordance with the amendment to the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act of 2006, effective from 29 February, 2008. All employees seeking to live and work in the United Kingdom who are currently Non-Citizen and Non-Resident in the United Kingdom are required to provide proof of the Right to Live and Work in the United Kingdom. In line with Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act of 2006, it is required that all employees who are Non-Citizen and Non-Resident in the United Kingdom obtain all necessary immigration particulars to enable them live and work legally here in the United Kingdom.

In accordance with the British Constitution of 1963 reform section 102 Act Decree 881 of the Federal Law of Immigration, it is the duty of any Foreign Contractor/Agent/Employee to pay responsibly for the procurement and acquisition of his/her Foreign Affairs Certificate, Expatriate Work Permit, Workers Registration Scheme and National Insurance. According to the Law, the Employer will take the responsibility of obtaining Flight Ticket and Visa Application fee, DER Expatriates Quota Approval Charge in relevant categories (if required) for the Employee while the Employee will carter for his/her Foreign Affairs Certificate, Expatriate Work Permit, Workers Registration Scheme and National Insurance.

In view of the above, We contacted our Immigration Consultant of the UK Immigration Services as to enable them solicit on your behalf here at the Home office Headquarters of the UK Visas and Immigration. However, our Immigration Consultant will contact you via email to provide you with all necessary information relating to the application, processing and procurement of all the required immigration documents and also give you step by step guidelines on how to successfully apply and procure all required legal immigration documents needed for you to be able to legally live and work here in the United Kingdom. You are advised to frequently check your email (including spam folder) and respond to them in due time. Please note that due to time factor among other reasons, all immigration documents will be processed here at the Home Office Headquarters of the UK Visas and Immigration.

John Harper of the UK Immigration Services has been our affiliate Immigration Consultant for over a decade now and he has been assisting all our foreign employees who are Non-Citizen and Non-Resident in the United Kingdom to apply, process and procure all immigration documents required to enable them live and work here in the United Kingdom. We advice that you cooperate fully with our Immigration Consultant to enable him provide you with all the needed assistance to ensure the swift application, processing and approval of all your required immigration documents.

In keeping to our promise to fully support you in acquiring your immigration documents, Premier Inn London Waterloo Hotel shall shoulder all cost relating to the processing and approval of your Visa (NON-EU), DER Expatriates Quota Approval Charges and also carter for your Flight Ticket. Any other cost of obtaining documents not mentioned above will be paid by you.

This means that processing of the supporting immigration documents not mentioned above are the sole responsibility of the employee. However, the cost of your Visa and Prepaid Flight Ticket will been undertaken by the Management. You are only required to pay for the cost of other supporting documents. The reason for this personal processing of Immigration Documents by employee, is due to the fact that in the past after processing the documents for some employee they don't show up for their job duty, where by incurring cost for the company. You are to bear some of your travel documents processing expenses upfront to prove your seriousness and commitment to work with our reputable organization. We therefore advice you to carry on every due processing with our immigration consultant for the procurement of your Immigration Document. Also remember that as stated in the contract, any Expenses you make on the process of registering your documents shall be refunded back to you on joining us as soon as you submit your expenses report.

I advise that you proceed with the processing of your immigration documents to enable you resume your duties in due time. Also note that as clearly stated in the Employment Agreement "One months’ salary (inclusive of all Travel/Relocation Allowances & Benefits) shall be paid in advance before Employee relocates to Primary Job Location after confirmation of procurement and verification of all required employment and immigration documents. All payments of salary after assumption of duty in the United Kingdom shall be paid 100% into a bank account to be provided by the Employee. This is in line with the United Kingdom Expatriate Financial Statutory Laws. The Employer shall reimburse the Employee in full amount for all reasonable expenses incurred during the process of travel and procurement of immigration documents and any other required certification. You are strongly advised to keep original receipts and evidence of payment(s) made before arrival in the United Kingdom as reimbursement applications made without receipt or evidence of payment shall be denied".

Your response to the above directive is needed urgently. If we do not receive a confirmation from our Immigration Consultant within the next seven working days that you have commenced with the processing of your documents, we will immediately withdraw our job offer to you as we have some other qualified applicant applying for the same position that has been offered to you.
