Sir i applied for my wife and kid visa on 25th of June and on 29th we received a call from UK embassy Mumbai some one with name Miss yadav and they asked us to submit the attested copy of bank statement and during this conversation she only mention deliver at the name of Miss yadav
so i courier in to Mumbai office from UK specifying the visa number , file reference number and the name .
but on 2nd July when courier guy gone to deliver the letter they refuse to accept any courier document.
i contacted the UKVI through phone and mail but i didn't get any answer. I tried to contact UK embassy Mumbai office they will pick the phone and simply say call customer care number.
I tried that they told me to write a mail.
Please explain what should i do. i already paid 2,40,000INR (UK visa fee and NHS fee and document are lying with courier company.
before that i recently extend my visa in uk and they didn't ask for any attested document that's why i submitted the printout of my bank statement as a proof of maintains fund for my wife and kid.
please advice how to contact that lady or submit the document so the visa process can move forward.
