I received and email saying that they have job vacancy with the said hotel. But upon searching I can't find the Hotel I want to know if its true or not?

The website, www.monaqueenhotels.com , is a scam and will soon be gone. Nobody ever offers you a real job without a personal interview. If you don't see your employer, its a scam. Real companies don't hire people in other countries when there are plenty of workers in their own!
