You have refused a genuine request for a visa allowing a family member of mine to travel to us?????Not very impressed at all!!! Actually its absolutely disgraceful., as well as very upsetting for me

Travelling
I am flying from North America to Lima as part of my travelling. Do I have to have a flight booked out of Peru to be accepted in?
