You have refused a genuine request for a visa allowing a family member of mine to travel to us?????Not very impressed at all!!! Actually its absolutely disgraceful., as well as very upsetting for me

Peruvian travelling to British

I am Basilio Cieza, a Peruvian Molecular Biologist and I have received an invitation to do research at Durhand University at England. However, Dr. asks me to write you (British Embassy) to know if I can use the funding that she got. I will be apreciate your advice.

I am flying from North America to Lima as part of my travelling. Do I have to have a flight booked out of Peru to be accepted in?
