I Am Elijah Chikuse, working with Ministry of Health, Government of Malawi. I have been offered a scholarship to study at University of Edinburgh- Masters in Global Health- Non Communicable Disease online. I have no funds/ money to pay for my tuition and others,. The tuition fees is Three thousand nine hundred and fifty Pounds per Year. I tried to apply for three scholarship in the university but i have not been considered.
