I am a Cameroonian working at the embassy of Cameroon to Gabon. I would like to know what the modalities are to writing the GRE and TOEFL exams. I really need to have some scores on them before November 2012.

I've tried to reach the UK Consulate via the phone number I saw on internet (+241 072 200) a voice mail told me to dial +241 010 722 00 but that one doesn't go through.
