May I know how I can start up on my BA haircut designs work business in London?
I apply for 2 years family visitor visa on 15/11/2016 and to my suprise i was not issue with visa nor deny but only saw different applicant refusal letter in my documents.Moreso i have send mail to international office and i have not receive reply from the office to know the status of my application.

A lot of British Citizens who have applied for nigerian passports are being conned into making applications for Nigerian passports here in London, and then when they turn up to collect the passports they are told there are no booklets and they are given travel certificates instead so that they can travel. However, on arrival in Nigeria they are allowed in, but on departure they are being forced to pay a visa fee, or they are detained. Many have missed their flights because of this.
This is totally unacceptable and down right fraud and I would like to know how to deal with such a situation as my eldest daughter will be travelling with us to my Mum's funeral, and has been issued with one of these travel certificates?
is there anyway the consular office can intervene if she finds herself in such a situation?
she is a British Citizen and I believe that surely consular intervention would help.

Both of them came into Nigeria hoping to renew their expired Nigerian passports but they have not been able to do that due to current issue of non availability of passport materials in the Nigerian immigration office. So I want to know if they could travel back to the UK with their British passports. Thank you
