NotesYOUR ONLINE FRIEND WAS NOT ARRESTED AT THE AIRPORT.
YOU ARE BEING SCAMMED.

Have you been having conversations online with someone you've never met before who claims to live in the UK? Has he told you that he will come to visit you in Malaysia? And now is he frantically contacting you because he are being held at the airport, and needs you to pay a fine so he can be freed?

It is a scam. There is no romance, and there is nobody being detained at KLIA. The same person who was chatting online with you was also chatting online with many other victims. They are trying to trick you into sending money to an accomplice. Once you have sent the money they will disappear forever. Every year these scammers bilk unsuspecting victims out of thousands of ringgit. Don't be one of them.

Be strong annie. I know and can understand what you feel now. Because your situation same with what I faced. But your luckily because, at least your family know the situation. As me and eirol, both of us just kept this secret ourselves and shared with you all here. My friend advice me to be strong and slowly pay the money to person that I debted for the stupid games before. Am suffer now. Two months I not go back to my hometown meet my family there because really I have no money. I feel sad. Everyday am cry and blame myself for trusting someone that just want to make me fool. I swear, I will never ever forgive them for the rest of my life! My salary also empty annie. I don't know what to do now. Please pray for me and I pray that GOD will punish them sooner or later. :(

My advise, better you do police report. In case of anything, you have police report that can cover youself. If you want to go to police station to do the report, make sure you bring everything likes print or photocopy of any messages from him, email he gave you, messages that threatened you and if you did any payment, bring the receipt together. All of that can be as prove. And also any of contacts number that he used. Can show to the police. It just to cover yourself from anything. Are the local persons citizen of Malaysia?
