UK Visa Services in Kiev have recently been outsourced to a company called TelePerformance.
My wife made application in 27 March and has now been minus her passport for over 3 weeks.
The Teleperformance website contains no contact details for telephone contact, simply a "complaints" online exchange that the site warns will take 2-3 days to reply.
I think the name of this Company should more properly be "Tele-under-performance"

Hello. I applied to a UK visa together with my friend couple of days ago.. I processed the online application form and paid the respective visa fee. Our appointment for applying visa documents is on 26 February in Kyiv. However today we have read some articles that UK embassy and visa section has closed down due to fights on Kyiv streets. Please advise what shall we do if the embassy is not open by 26 February? Can we apply in any neighbour country, say in Moldova?
I would like to invite a friend to visit me in UK.I'm a british citizen and will be responsible and support during the stay in Uk.Can you advise me how long to get a visa?
