I am asking why the chances not to be give to the staff in the security section. Because must of them are holding a god educational certificates in different important fields.Some have experience in accountant ,Administration,Mechanic, Law, political science,Media, Driving,IT.Why the don't supply by training and be employed.I have noticed that all posts are always be filed by staff from outside of the Embassy ,in the same time most of the guard serve her majesty in the British Embassy for long years honestly and performed their duty more even better.
