Dear Sir,
Between 2007 and 2010, i was studying in Noriwch me and my wife. It was a really the greatest experiance i have ever had in my life. The day before leaving for good going back to home, i made a speed violation which i couldnt have time to pay due to the limited time. After arrival, i start to be busy agine and i forgot all about it. I meet one of my old friends who was studying there too and he asked me about this traffic violation as a jock. All thing get back to me that i didnt pay it. Now i am asking, what shall i do to pay it? my birth day is 16/09/1969- i was living in 3 score area - 51 Weatherby RD.Please, help me to pay it.

I am appearing for MRCP UK examination and one of the requirement is to get the Degree certificate attested by British embassy. I am based in Jeddah. My degree is from Pakistan. Will British Consulate attest the degree if it is from any country other than UK?
