I have received an email from the Division of

that the won a monetary award of specific British pounds being given by Standard Bank subject to the condition that I should remit a certain sum of British pounds to the Standard Bank to get an International Fund Clearance Certificate from the Ministry of Finance which is been done by appointed Claim Agent Dr. David M Francis on my behalf to get the Government Clearance Stamp Duty Fee / International fund Clearance certificate to Ministry of Finance and forward this proof of payment to Mr. Duncan Cooper, Finance Director - standard Bank.
I have emailed the necessary banking details to Standard Bank and they wants me to remit 360 British Pounds sterling in order to transfer the award money to my account.
I request you to let me know whether the Standard Bank PLC is existing or not and kindly verity if this a scam or fraud .

I have been trying to get information regarding visa application to the UK through your partner's phone numbers. These numbers (02-614 3201) and (02-614 3840)
