thanks alot ppl....ive got a question that my husbands application in stil under BHC i also am working but i want 2 know if i could claim child tax credit and child benifit and working tax....
i have asked a few ppl sum sed yes and sum sed no so im confused even thou i asked my accountant he sed yes i could cuz its my childs right and i could also claim workin tax cuz im earning less than 18.000 a year...but stil askin 4 advise plzzzzz help me out

Dont u skype with your husband?that way he can see his daughter live through skype. ennas i know the feeling where one wants to start their live with their other half. salma i like your positive thinking and positive comments towards people here who are also waiting for their spouses visa to be granted. inshallah Allah is with us and may he accept our prayers since he is the Al Mujib As Sami.
