Hey mehvish i just wanted to advice u about child and working tax credit...u can clain child benefit for ur child as this is not a means tested benefit in otherwords they dont count ur earnings..but i would say that dont claim child and workung tax credit to be on the sfe side just wait untill your husband gets a reply tgen you can apply for tax credits and they will back date ur claim for when ur child was born and give you all that money together...im speaking from personal experience as thats what i have done on the advice of my lawyer (malik law chamber) as you want to be on the safe side..i have 1 daughter and 1 newborn son aswell hubby hasnt seen him too. Tc mke dua inshallah everythng will be fine!

Mehvish you can claim for child benifit and child t.c as it IS your childs right.for working t.c its tricky because it is a form of goverment funding even though your working but they are funding you if you apply for it.it would be that your on a benifit if you claim w.t.c.but i could be wrong.my best asvise would be ring up and ask a solicitor about the working tax credit.

chaudry brother
No chaudry brother why would i mind?if someone is going to recite the names of Allah why should i or anybody mind.i am actualy happy that i have helped someone.also nice to see that you are typing properly for once and possibly come to your senses about the way you have been acting by typing inappropriately things about your wife here and what you said to salma.
