What kind of timescale did they provide you with. They advised me three months. I know some people have been advised of six months as well

If that is correct with regards to the BHC sending them in batches for Gerry’s to notify applicants. Then I would suggest to chase it up with Gerry’s, but this also depends on the timescale they have provided when the documents were submitted at the application centre.

You guys that applied in February what timescale was provided at the point of submission?

IM NOT 100% SURE, BUT LOOKING AT IT FROM A LOGISTICS PERSPECTIVE, I THINK BHC WONT DELIBERATLEY HOLD ONTO APPLICATIONS ONCE PROCECCESSES, BUT AT SAME TIME THEY WONT SEND IT STRAIGHT AWAY TO GERRYS TO SEND BACK TO APPLICANT. THEY WILL PROBABLY SEND IT BATCHES, SAY EVERY 10 THEY PROCESS SEND IT THEN TO GERRYS AND THEN THEY SEND THE RFC. THATS WHAT I THINK.

Who actually informs applicant of the FRC is it the British High Commissions or Gerry’s. I don’t see the logic of BHC withholding cases once they have received a decision on it.
