Comments on this High Commission
Was the reason same for both refusal? I think since u applied within 3 months of initial refusal and again submitted some old bank statements with the - amount therefore may b that's why?
Was the reason both times?
Do u think the delay could be due to the home office and UKBA strike they had? Or does that not affect us?

I have a lady who works direct for the home office - she prepared my appeal papers and said she is 90% confident it will get overturned on review
I hope u have launched appeal then reapply ?
What were ur refusal reasons?
I feel a bit sorry for him - he was certain he was going to get the visa and if he doesn't it will be a lot for him to deal with.
I got mine rejected TWICE I know how it feels
