From the beginning of April there has been massive delay which has resulted in over 3months for RFC. I think currently it is 58working days but now expect to add another 10working days as we are appoaching bank holiday week

You can Substitute P60 by ringing the number below but it is recommended (But not mandatory)to obtain actual P60. it should be issued by your employer latest end May as it for tax year which ends 5th April, I would chase it up.
You can get this from inland revenue

I'm not sure when the next p60 is due , I'm guessing end of June, by my payslips are very detailed with all tax paid to date etc

Maybe. You can get your employers to give you detailed and comprehensive payslips which show all cumulative tax and nic paid to date. When is p60 due anyway?
