I just wanted to inquire if do I need to apply a transit visa if I will be departed in hong kong to london - london to cayman Island aside from my yemporary working permit frim cayman Island.I am a philippine passport holder.

incomprehensible deay in giving a tourist visa to me and wife in Paris
Privileged citizens of Monaco,for the last 35 years ! Retired both wife and self with substantial income in Monaco, bank balance and proof of several previous visits to England provided, etc etc Invited by cousins & all documents, included.Sri lanka passport valid until 2019.Air tickets to & back! Passport holds proof of travel in many countries. Monaco Carte de Sejour permits travel to schengan countries etc. Passports kept for over 24 days with out explication, reason for visit graduation of nephew at Manchester University. (Tickets are redundant now and the graduation is over. I find this inhuman and degrading to be treated thus without any reason whatsoever.Unjustly forced to stay blocked in mONACO with out Passports! Grateful for explication of such a n act! tHANK YOU.

Returning back to UK as a visitor after Tier 5 visa expiry

Hello, I am a Tier 5 (YMS) visa holder which is valid from 1 Jun 2012 to
1 Jun 2014 and I came to London since 29 Jan 2013. Also I have a British
National (Overseas) Passport which I applied from my home
country (Hong Kong).


I am planning to travel and spend some time in the Uk for traveling
as a visitor for few more months before I go back to Hong Kong, in
the same time my visa will be expired when my return from the other
country. I am clearly known about the policy of my Tier 5 visa and
I will not work in UK without any valid visa.


I would like to know more about the Immigration Policy if there is
any conflict of my visitors' status, do I need to provide any
document for supporting my return?

please could this consulate return my old passport. I had to go through hell to extend my visa in Japan . No reasons to keep it I'm sure
