I would like to know how I go about applying for a UK visa if I have got a Permanent Residence permit with South Africa. I have got the permit right inside my current passport. How do I go about it. I sent two letters to the British High Commission in Ottawa, for them to forward to persons to deal with my COMPLAINT.....no Reply !
I was held up passing through the Victoria Falls Airport for over an hour for no good valid reason.
I would like to send this Complaint in letter form, and not just through this medium that I am now doing.
Please give me an address or email to send to a person of 'note' in the Embassy or British government.

Lets Say for instance you have a Zim Passport and your spouse haS A British passport but you both live outside the country, and evertime to go on holiday to the uk do you need a vistors visa or can you get a stamp in your Zim Passport to say that you never have to get a visa.
