Please suggest me visa docs required to visit UK from hamburg germany to visit my brother who got admitted in hospital. I am from India and I am on Job Seeker Visa. I am looking for short term visa where i can visit and be back to germany in couple of weeks.

I am a bitish subject liveing in germany ?? Before my wife died in november 2013 we took ouzt a credirs while she was at full work !! she died very sudenly with cancer & I am left to pay the credit !!! I am a Turkish citizen, living in Hamburg, Germany with unlimited live and work permit.
I have a UK visa which was issued in 2012, valid till 2021.
On August 19th when I was on holiday in Turkey, my TR (Turkish) passport with number U01982033 has been stolen with my UK visa in it. I have acquired an official police report for the case.
Now I am back to home, Hamburg and I have a new passport.
I would kindly ask your guidance how to proceed and revive my valid visa. Can I apply to your consulate ( who issued the visa) via post or is it possible to process over Hamburg consulate? Do I have to come personally to Düsseldorf although this is not a new visa application which would be quite inconvenient as I am living and working in Hamburg.
I appreciate your help and thank in advance for the support.

my parents had a visa schengen and now they are in homburg.I have a 5 years leave to remain uk visa and iam iranian.how can my parents get a tourist uk visa from germany cus uk mbc in my country now is close.
