I recently spent approximately 3 weeks in the UK early 2015. My mother who is a British citizen is 82 years old. If something seriously happens to her and I do not have a valid visa at the time what steps can be taken to acquire a visa to the UK

My father is a British citizen and he got married to my mom in Guyana about 16 years ago. My mom and dad got married legally and they made three children together( including myself) I am the eldest and I am now 18 years old my brother is the biggest, he's 19 years old and my sis is the smallest she's 17 years old .. They both separate when we were young due to marriage complications .. They haven't divorced each other.. I never saw my father while growing up as a little girl.. And my only option is left with the UK embassy. Can you help me know about my father whereabouts? How can I get help? Please help me !
