Questions about applying for tier 4
Hello! My name is Yue Li, from China and I will be living in Geneva until July 31, 2012. Then I will go to Britain for postgraduate study. It will last 1 year, and it's full time.
1. which type of visa should I apply for? Is it the Tier 4?
2. what should I provide if I apply the visa in Geneva?

Renewing my passsport and obtaining visa for my wife
I need to urgently renew my passport and get a visa for my wife, (Ghanian). I've tried calling you in Paris (answered by a machine!) and wasted an enormous amount of time money in sending you my photos and documents, only to get them returned with an application form. What do I do now? Desperate husband!
