Had my passport stolen during the World Cup in 2002 while living in Eilat, went to Aqua Sport (which i used to frequent and relax) and spoke with Daphne whom i knew on a first name basis and explained what had happened. She helped me get everything sorted out without any fuss. So if you have trouble getting through to the consulate No just take a bus to Aqua sport and explain the situation and i'm sure she will give you as much help as possible..

It woulod be a better service if someone would at least answer the phone at the British Consulate in Eilat Israel
I have a question regarding the difficult process of renewing a passport and I would really like to talk to someone here in Eilat, mainly Daphne but it seems that they do not answer their phones. The service could really be better.
