Sent renewal application over 4 weeks ago you took payment 23rd May still have not received passport please help as I need to travel urgently
On 9th May I sent the required forms,photo etc by registered post from my local post office here in Denmark. I cannot understand why I havent received my new passport. When I last had a renewed passport issued in Copenhagen, other than not having the required chip I received that passport very quickly.

8 th March 2011 applied för renewal of passport and sent in forms, now expited, passport and photos and Master Card authoration form.
When trying to phone, just more phone numbers and the price of calling.
Very bad service to say the least !
All that can be said is that the U K has no intresest in serving its citizens living abroad.
With this in mind, it may be just as well to become a Finnish national after livin in the country for nearly 30 years.
Why is it impossible to get hold of anyone ? ive tried 3 different phone numbers that the phone number above gives me and i still cant talk to anyone ?
I am soo dissapointed that its this difficult just to renew a simple passport :-((((
After reading the website and talking to security and people working at the embassy i get three different pictures of what i need to renew my passport which one is the true one ? and please UPDATE the rest.
i am also having problems with payment as i am not in posession of a kredit card.If there is anybody out there who knows how this system works please let me know on this web side
I submitted my visa appeal to the consulate by registered post form Koeln, may I know how long it takes to get a reply on appeals. Is there any other way to contact the consulate-general on appeal issues?

My passport expires next month and I need to renew it. I have downloaded and printed out the C1 form - but it's only one page and there's nowhere for a signature! Is that right?
Also my sons (both 16 years and over) who have dual nationality need new passports. Their old ones have not only expired but also we've lost them! Do you need any other documents apart from the C1 form?
I tried ringing - but it's impossible to get through.
I want to applie for uk visa, pls guide to get visa.
