Hi, I would like to enquire about my case ref above. I was informed that I has not sent the original bank document which I did but was returned when I was refused. So you can now know that it was not my fault I did send the original and I request you acknowledge this mistake was made by you and do not delay my application any further. My husband Shamran Ahmed is currently in the process of sending the original documents again. I pledge to you to reassess the application and come to a decision soon.
