Dear sir ,
One of our friend called safras who is staying in UK as at now left Sri Lanka on 13th January 2011.
As he had some financial problem he asked as a help to lend him some money to go to UK as it would be a great help. So we lend him
some money .He promised us that he will settle he debt to us within two months, but as we see for today it is more than two years had already passed.
When we contacct him he promises thet he wouldd send the money within a week of time but for him that 1week never came.
He is playing with us thinking that we are fools .
Please help me to where I should complain regarding this and how we can
get our money from him. We lent him more than 800,000 SriLankan rupees. As for now he sent us only about Rs.80,000.
