pls kindly confirm whether it is true or fake

all tano energy aspirants are u send any resumes to tano energy co or directly got offer letter. if directly got the offer letter then in that case the fraud was going there.
i got an appointment letter from Antrim Area Hospital , North Ireland,UK by 17th july for the post of STAFF NURSE. i think that its a fake because one of my friend she got the same appointment letter from same date by the same institution for the same post,Please check and let me know its fake or real can mail me to nansivahinipeeterson @yahoo.com

It mentions to me of a job at aberdeen and to obtain a scottish employee accredition certificate.
I mentions to send scanned copies of my
1. data page of valid passport.
2. colour passport photograph.
3. scottish employee acceptance certificate
4. signed contract letter.

the email had no mention of a disclaimer note which most of the reputed companies have.

i received a mail from career@tanoenergy.co.uk on 7 june 2012 and i have been asked to send my CV on this id to apply for the job..
now i have received an offer letter on my gmail account on 18 july 2012 from the above mail id form the company whose name is TANO ENERGY LTD. UK..
i want to know and confirm is this company is real or fake.. and also want to know about the offer letter send by them is real or just a spam.. i can,t send the offer letter because its too big and it extends the word limit of 2000characters.. but please let me know about this company as soon as possible.. mail your response on mukuldestiny@gmail.com
