If a crininal offence arises in st lucia and the defendant leaves the country how long will extradition take and are the warrants of arrest made in st lucia and sent to the country the person goes to?

Call to the High Commission
it is rather disturbing that i am trying to call the offices of the high commiission and all i get is recorded annoncements. i am enquiring ona passport sent by a staffg member at the International American University he got mail tellinghim his visa was approved but yet not able to contact the commiission as to how to collect his passport or futher whether his passport is at the commission. i would be greatful to get some help in this situation

just a few words my husband is a st lucian we got married last year october in barbados i flew back to the uk my husband went back to st lucia we submitted our entryclearence back in november2010 paid the fee to the receptionist got a reciept and our documents were sent to our knowledge the female assistant didnt send the the money she kept it for her self and with other persons fees also total 4 pple we were waiting patiently months gone by we spoke to the embassy and was told aftrer all this time no money was enclosed i was so distressed so i gathered another £850 together this application was done on line again we are now waiting another 3 months and havent heard nothing at all please can you help me and my husband out and let us know at wat stage this is at thank you my email is maureenjoseph@hotmail.co.uk
