property purchase
My husband and I have purchased an apartment near to Hurghada. We already have the contract of sale completed but having experienced "problems" with Egyptian lawyers we would like to complete the final stage of the purchase ourselves. I believe this stage is referred to as the "green registration". My husband and I both have some experience of the British legal system so we are confident in self representation but can anyone advise on the procedure to do this "green registration" in the Egytian legal system.
