I am trying to find out if a Visa-Issuing British Consulate exists in Basra-Iraq. We are trying to arrange a visa for a number of government workers to come to the UK for training purposes.

Family search Still trying to contact any member of the family Kanbar Agar from Basra. My personal plea is to contact Falah. does anyone know this family.? Falah was in Portsmouth studying around 1960. PLEASE if you know him my email is agoodyear1941@icloud.com. Please answer if you can as soon as possible. Humanitarian help needed Dear receiver,
I'm contacting you in the name of humanity and seeking your help for my 3 sick nephews and niece. They have some form of skin related disease ( suspected to be skin cancer but nobody can diagnose). They have been to India, Iran, Syria beside Baghdad but no one can really figure out what is really their illness. I have photographs of them which I couldn't attach in this letter ( no attachment option ) and willing to send them upon request. All 3 children live currently in Basra and would like to be seen at UK consulate in Basra if possible so maybe someone will give them some hope of a cure so they can have a normal life.
