Can anyone help with some advice please, we are getting married in Turkey August 2011. Can somebody tell me what is a "certificate of lawful impediment"?
We need to supply a Birth certificate, current passport, copy of divorce papers from previous marriage....and a certificate of lawful impediment.
Surley my divorce papers are enoughto prove i have th legal right to marry? HELP?
