My children agred 15 & 13 are British Citizens
I am concerned about their overall welfare & want to bring them back to the UK
The problem is my children are NOT in possession of a valid UK passport & in fact do not have any passport (even expired)
My ex partner simply refuses to sign the paperwork & provide photos to enable me to apply for new passports
Can you advise whether in the circumstances my children are illegal in Spain & how I go about bringing them home to the UK
My ex partner works evenings & into the very early hours of the morning & my children are left unsupervised
They very rarely go to school and it is quite often the case that they go without food or electric gas etc with them getting cut off for non payment of bills on numerous occasions
I am very concerned about their welfare and feel that it would be in their best interest to be brought back to the UK
Is the consulate able to assist or advise in this matter

does the consulate help residents of spain with visas for various places when on holiday.we have british passports and are gong to Singapore, kuala lumpur, skri lanka, india and Dubai. we will be on board a cruise liner except singapor.
