letter with the consent of the child
Dear Sir/Madam,

our son (8 years old) will be travelling to Dubai with his grandparents (without parents) and they plan to spend 7 days there.

Also I have found on Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic that Letter of consent/parental authorization is needed.
I wanted to check with you:
- Does the document need to be signed by both parents?
- Does the signatures need to be authenticated/certified by notary?
- How old can the consent be?

Thank you very much for your reply.
