I am Filipino citizen working and leaving in KSA, My Iqama is under Labour Category I'm planning to visit Dubai this coming Holy Ramadan. Is it possible that I can get the visa here is KSA? I am an IT professional from Pakistan based in Riyadh. We intend to travel to UAE with the family. We have 5 months old infant with handwritten passport issued from Riyadh. There is a huge delay in getting a machine readable passport from Pakistani Embassy. Rest of the family members have machine readable passports. Can we get the UAE visa on the border??
