I am planning to visit UAE by road or by Air along with my family. I am an Indian working in Saudi Arabia. My profession in Iqama is Plasterer (malayesh). Am I eligible to get visit visa or not?? Please advice.

UAE Visa on arrival by road
Me and my friend want to visit Dubai on these coming holidays. We both are engineers by profession but in Saudi Iqama it is mentioned different:
Mine: Technical Servicing Consultant
My friend : Mechanical Technician.

Kindly advise above Iqama category can get visa on arrival by road??.
